45-54 year old woman treated with Breast Lift

This patient was experiencing problems related to the weight and size of her breasts for years. She detailed the shoulder pain and neck pain caused by her "E" cup size breasts. She initially asked Dr. Lepore about Breast Reduction surgery and Breast Augmentation. After discussion, she was counseled against an augmentation with implants, since the weight of her breasts had been such an issue. Instead, it was determined that she would be best served with a Breast Reduction and Liposuction of excess tissue beneath her arms. After the reduction, to give her the smaller, uplifted breasts she wanted, Dr. Lepore performed an '"inverted T" style of breast lift.
