This gentleman in his 60s had struggled for over a decade with rhinophyma. A disease that results in thick, irregular nasal skin and contour. I treated him with nasal contouring under local anesthesia in the office. He was comfortable during the procedure. Here is shown at approximately 1 month after his surgery. His nasal skin contour will continue to improve over time as the healing continues.
