37 year old woman treated with Breast Reconstruction

    This 37 year old female was diagnosed with invasive ductal breast cancer/DCIS involving her right breast. A tissue expander was placed at the time of mastectomy and inflated to 700cc during her postoperative chemotherapy. Five months later, a DIEP free flap from her abdomen was used to reconstruct the right breast. Her 4 month photographs are shown prior to nipple reconstruction.
