    This patient is an otherwise healthy 19 year old male who sustained trauma to the nose as a young chind. He has significant breathing difficulties and deviation of the septum and turbinate hypertrophy. On evaluation he has a twisted nose, wide base, disruption of the dorsal aesthetic lines, septum deviated to the right and turbinate hypertrophy. asymmetric tip.
