    This is a 39-year-old woman who had lost 70 pounds through diet and exercise. She was interested in breast lift and augmentation. She underwent breast augmentation with 350 cc saline implants filled to 400 cc. She also underwent a lift. Postoperatively, she was wearing a 36D bra.
