25-34 year old woman treated for Breast Implants

This 29-year old patientwas interested in breast implant revision, the patient is post breast augmentation surgery performed by another plastic surgeon and was unhappy with the bottoming out and lateral displacement of her previous breast surgery. The patient decided to exchange her saline breast implants for silicone-gel breast implants filled to 752cc in both breasts made by Allergan Corporation, along with correcting the placement of her implants with internal sutures creating an internal bra and submuscular placement. The patient is now 2-months post-op surgery and is very happy with the improved appearance of her breasts.
