    This patient requested improvement in the sagging skin of her upper eyelids. During the initial consultation, Dr. Parker pointed out drooping in the outer area of her eyebrows. He suggested a lateral browpexy in addition to removing lax skin from the upper eyelids. An upper lid blepharoplasty and lateral browpexy were performed.
