This 27 year old patient succeed in accomplishing her weight loss goals. This left her with extra skin that she desired to remove. Her goal was to ride herself of the extra skin in her upper body and to have a breast augmentation and breast lift performed in order to achieve more full and perky breasts. She found Dr. Pousti. After coming in for her consultation, she felt comfortable to proceed with surgery. The patient has 570cc (right) and 610cc (left) saline breast implants with a lift of her breasts and upper body.
