Correction of Tubular Breasts with Silicone Breast Augmentation

29 year old female standing 5'10" tall and weighing 153 pounds has tubular breasts. She wants correction of her breast shape and larger breasts. She currently is a 36A and wants to be a D cup.

475cc Moderate Plus profile silicone implants were placed under the muscle through an areolar incision. Correction of her tubular breasts was performed was also performed through her areolar incisions.

Follow-up photos were taken 8 months later.
