Rhinoplasty with Implant

This Rhinoplasty patient wanted a procedure that is often called Asian Rhinoplasty. She had been wanting to change what she considered a flat nasal bridge, as well as a lack of projection of the tip of her nose- not a drastic change to her facial features, but adding some definition. The Rhinoplasty surgery she chose to have, included placement of a Voloshin dorsal columella implant, on the bridge of her nose. There are a variety of sizes of this type of implant, and she was able to choose the type and size she felt would be best for her. Dr. Lepore works closely with patients to determine what will best fit their facial features, and their goals. During her surgery, her nasal tip was tailored as well, giving her the subtle enhancement she wanted for her nose.
