    64 year old with early failure of facelift from another surgeon under going Revision Face and Neck Lift using the SMART Deep Plane Technique from the lower neck to the upper cheek. Scars from the prior surgery were fixed and the hairline was left completely intact. Neck liposuction performed. Incisions are hidden. No general anesthesia used.
