This 37 year old mother of 2 children desired breast enhancement to correct her small/sagging breasts. Breast augmentation was performed with 300cc silicone gel filled implants placed under the muscle. At the same time, a vertical mastopexy (breast lift) was performed with an inverted "T" scar.
