    This 46 year old mother of 3 children did not like the saggy appearance of her breasts. She underwent a vertical mastopexy (breast lift) with lateral chest liposuction (100cc each side). An inverted "T" scar pattern was used to address the loose skin. Height: 5'4". Weight: 147lb. Preoperative bra size: 36D. Postoperative bra size: 36D. Her 4 month postoperative photographs are shown.
