Breast Lift with silicone-gel implants

This 25-year old patient from San Diego, California was interested in breast augmentation with a lift(mastopexy). The patient wanted to achieve fullness and cleavage, while increasing the size of her breast. After researching for information and meeting many plastic surgeons, the patient decided to proceed with surgery. The patient is now 2-months post-op surgery with 575cc, silicone-gel breast implants and looking forward to healing.
