This 45 year old woman suffered a severe nasal fracture, and nasal deformity after a motor vehicle accident. She resides in Union, NJ. The after photos are 1 month following Rhinoplasty. You can see narrowing of her tip and nostrils on her front view, along with hump reduction on her profile. Her appearance will continue to improve as post-surgical swelling continues to resolve.
