This 40 year old female desired more cleavage and fullness in her breasts while still maintaining a natural look. She was referred to Dr. Pousti through the internet after 10 years of wanting breast implants. She proceeded with surgery and is currently 3 months post surgery. She has 570cc (left) and 540cc (right) saline breast implants made by Mentor. Dr. Pousti filled the implants with different cc's to help her achieve better symmetry.
