This 25 year old patient presented with congenital symmastia and bilateral breast asymmetry. At her consultation, Dr. Pousti recommended bilateral breast augmentation surgery as well as liposuction of the midsternal and breast area to improve the appearance of congenital symmastia and to increase breast size. Dr. Pousti also advised the patient that additional surgery may be necessary to improve her outcome further. She proceeded with surgery and is currently 3 months post-op. She has bilateral 375cc high profile Sientra silicone gel breast implants.
