Breast Augmentation, Tubular Breast Correction Surgery

This 21-year old patient from Hemet, California (Riverside County) who was interested in breast augmentation surgery to correct her constricted, tuberous (tubular) breasts. The patient was unhappy with the shape and size of her breasts, and expressed she wanted to fill in volume for fuller breasts. In order to achieve her desired look, saline breast implants were used, filled to 425cc in the left breast and 375cc in the right breast to attain symmetry with submuscular placement and peri-areola incision. The patient is now 3-months post-op surgery.
