Mommy Makeover - Augmentation + Liposuction + Tummy Tuck

This set of mommy makeover before and after photos features a 43 year old white female. She is 5’ 6” 156 lbs who had a C-section for twins who are now 18 years old. She was in the process of discontinuing smoking and she wished to lose 10 lbs prior to her procedure. Her bra size was a 36 B with mild glandular ptosis and a tight inframammary fold. She did not wish to be overly large somewhere in the mid C cup range. As far as her abdomen was concerned she had laxity both above and below the umbilicus with some weakness to the abdominal wall. In order to achieve her desired result she underwent dual plane augmentation mammoplasty utilizing a 400 cc moderate plus smooth silicone implant on the right and a 375 cc implant on the left with the left breast being ever so slightly larger. She also underwent a full abdominoplasty with liposuction of the hips. Postoperatively she did well without any problems. Photos two months postoperatively.
