This 29 year old woman had Sientra textured round, moderate cohesive silicone gel breast implants placed under the muscle. The breast implants, sized 355 cc were placed under the muscle with an inframammary fold incision. Her inframammary fold was lowered to provide her with a natural looking results from breast implants. Postop photos at 3 months
