Breast Revisonary Surgery

This 32-year old patient from San Diego, California previously had a breast augmentation surgery in 2005 performed by another surgeon. The patient explained in detail, she experienced breast asymmetry, capsular contracture with discomfort and was looking into revision breast surgery for several years. In order to achieve her desired look, her previous implants were removed along with capsulorrhaphy (removal of scar tissue to prevent reccuring dislocation.) 533cc silicone-gel breast implants were used with submuscular placement for a more natural look. The patient is now 3-weeks post-op surgery.
