This 21 year old patient was interested in breast revision surgery due to her unsatisfying results of previous surgery performed by another surgeon. She found Dr. Pousti on the internet while doing research on realself. Dr. Pousti recommended an implant exchange with use of an internal bra (capsulorrhaphy). This internal bra helps to close off the lower pocket of the breast and prevent the implants from falling, thus providing necessary support for the implants. The patient is currently 5 months post surgery and has bilateral 650cc silicone gel breast implants.
