This 35 year old patient was interested in correction of male gynecomastia, an extended abdominoplasty, as well as liposuction of the love handles and back. He had been considering surgery for over 10 years. He was unhappy with his visible breast tissue, the extra adipose tissue on his abdominal area, and stored fat in his flanks and lower back. 6 months after surgery the patient returned to Dr. Pousti to improve his tummy tuck scars with scar revision. The patient is now 2 Years 3 months post-op. 1 Year 3 months post-op from scar revision of abdomen.
