This 38-year old patient was unhappy with her post-baby body and was interested in a Mommy Makeover . After having 3 children, her abdominal wall muscles were separated from pregnancy, and even with diet and exercise the patient was unable to return to her pre-baby body. The patient is now 9-months post-op surgery with tummy tuck abdominoplasty , breast lift with saline breast implants, filled to 540cc in both breasts.
