This 31 year-old patient wanted to have breast revisionary surgery. The patient is status post breast augmentation surgery in 1997, performed by another surgeon. Due to encapsulation (scar tissue) of her left breast and recent deflation of her right breast, the patient was unhappy with the results of her previous surgery and wanted breast augmentation revision surgery. Silicone gel implants re-augmented the breasts. 495cc was used for the right side and 465cc was used for the left side to achieve the patient's desired look and breast symmetry.
