This 40 year-old patient from was interested in revisionary breast surgery. The patient was unhappy with her breast size from her previous breast augmentation (perform by another surgeon). She wanted XL Breasts. The patient explained that she wanted her breast implants to be as big, round, and full as possible. The patient's old implants were removed and replaced with saline implants overfilled to 950cc. She is now 1 month post-op.
