This 37 year-old patient was interested in revisionary breast implant surgery. She previously had breast augmentation surgery (preformed by another surgeon) and was unhappy with the breast asymmetry and the "bottoming out" of her right side. She wanted her breasts fuller, rounder and significantly larger in size. It was decided that capsulorrhaphy would be performed with permanent sutures for better breast implant placement on the chest wall. Saline implants were filled to 1,270cc to achieve the patient's desired look. She is now 2 1/2 months post-op.
