This 45 year-old patient wanted to have Dr. Pousti preform breast revisionary surgery. Unhappy with the shape and size of her breasts from her last surgery (preformed by another surgeon) she wanted to significantly increase her breast size. Dr. Pousti preformed bilateral breast revisionary surgery. Saline implants were used and filled to 1530cc to achieve the patients desired look. She is still fresh only 1 week post-op; the bolster dressing will be worn for about a month for support.
