Petite 50 year old woman seeks breast reduction

This petite woman came to Dr. Lepore hoping for a solution to a number of issues associated with her breast size. A 50-year old mother of two, she was complaining of back pain and significant bra strap grooving due to the weight of her triple-D cup breasts. She and Dr. Lepore discussed the details Breast Reduction surgery, and the results she might expect. She decided to have the surgery, which was performed as an outpatient procedure, in about two hours. Approximately 3/4 of a pound of tissue was removed from each breast. The patient healed very well, was able to return to work in about a week, and to strenuous physical activity within three weeks.
