Breast Implants

43 year old female 5'8' 139 lbs., status post breast augmentation July 2010 with subsequent implant malposition. The implants were silicone left 300cc and right 325cc. The left implant is located lower and more to the side compared to the right. The patient underwent an implant exchange to larger silicone implants which were 425cc high profile. The implant pocket was also repaired on the left side to raise the implant and move it more towards the middle. Three months after procedure.
