    This 40-year old patient from El Cajon, California was interested in arm lift and breast augmentation surgery. The patient had gastric bypass surgery and had lost over 100 lbs. The patient is now 2-months post-op surgery with a full breast lift. Saline breast implants was used, filled to 770cc in both breasts.
