This 59-year old patient from Sacramento, California was unhappy with the size of his chest and was interested in pectoral augmentation surgery. After several e-mail and phone consultations, the patient flew to San Diego to proceed with surgery. The patient is 1-week post-op surgery with pectoral 4 Aiache, size 3, textured silicone implant with submuscular placement.
