    Patient desired a more proportionate breast size to her body. She wanted to restore lost volume in her breasts after having children and breastfeeding. She desired a D cup but did not to want to be top heavy or too big. We used 400cc Mentor high profile implants and did mastopexy (breast lift) on both sides. Implants placed under muscle.
