Breast Revision

40 year old female who was ten years after undergoing saline breast augmentation with over-filled implants to 450cc. She presented with significant asymmetry along with left capsular contraction. She desired a fuller look with better cleavage. She underwent bilateral capsulectomy, adjustment of her implant pockets, along with exchange of implants to 700cc Mentor Memory Gel High Profile Implants.
