    This patient previously had saline-filled implants placed by another surgeon over the muscle, leaving an obvious step-off on the top part of the breast. By inserting the silicone implants under the muscle to replace prior saline implants, Dr Weintraub created a more natural silhouette for this patient, eliminating the artificial circular outline on the top part of the breast.
