58 Year Old Female Who Underwent Midface Suspension, Comprehensive Necklift, Blepharoplasty and Rhinoplasty

This patient felt that her face was disproportionate with too much nose and too little chin. Her profile, which she had always disliked, became progressively out of balance as she aged. A mid-face lift eliminated the wrinkling and sagging of her cheeks as well as eliminating her jowls; a comprehensive neck lift slenderized her neck and sharpened her jawline; a chin augmentation gave projection to her chin, and a rhinoplasty improved the profile of her nose.
