    This 30-year-old woman presented with profoundly enlarged breasts after breastfeeding two children, and underwent a breast reduction to improve her significant back and neck pain. During her reduction, Dr. Wolfe removed 1500 grams of tissue from her right breast and 1800 grams from her left. Because of the extreme laxity of her breasts, the surgery was performed as a "free-nipple" reduction, which involves completely removing the areolae and replacing them as skin grafts at the end of the surgery. (This technique is reserved for the largest of reductions.) This patient was an "I" cup preoperatively and now wears a "C", and her back pain is gone. Photos were taken 9 months after her procedure.
