Breast Lift with Implants

This 24-year old patient was unhappy with the shape and size of her breast. She was interested in breast augmentation for several years. After pregnancies and breast-feeding, the patient lost significant amount of breast tissue. In order to achieve her desired look, a full lift was used with saline breast implants, filled to 380cc in the left breast and 405cc in the right breast for symmetry. The patient is now 1-year post-op surgery.
