    A 62 year old woman who wanted to look refreshed without changing looking "different or weird". She was bothered by the jowls and neck skin looseness. She had a lower face and neck lift, temple tuck and upper blepharoplasty. Dr. Choe used a deep plane temple tuck procedure with incisions in the temple scalp and an extended SMAS type of facelift.
