A gentleman who had rhinoplasty, septoplasty and turbinate resection. The appearance was unsatisfactory because of the bump and length of the nose, and the breathing was not good. Correction by closed rhinoplasty whereby the profile was shaved and the nose was slightly lifted from the lip. For men, rhinoplasty must always be conservatively performed.
