    Patient desiring fullness of upper lip and restoration of even lip corners. 10 week results. Classically we used dental blocks to achieve anesthesia. However, today we use advanced topical anesthesia with lidocaine 23.7% and tetracaine 7.0%, allowing it to remain in place 30-40 minutes.
