This patient with a strong nasal profile wished restoration of his former nasal look without the large hump, and correction of a sloping saddle (ski-jump) and bulbous excess nasal tip. This was performed classically with an internal approach only and no external scars were left. There is a natural bridge with some rise at the bony border and this was acheived with ear cartilage and no synthetics or cadaver dermis.
