    This 38 year old female lost 120lbs after a gastric sleeve procedure. As a result, she lost volume in her breasts was left with very saggy breasts. A vertical mastopexy was performed to reposition the nipple and improve the breast shape. Height: 5'4". Weight: 140lbs. Preoperative bra size: 36C/CC. Postoperative bra size: 36 B/BB.
