This 26 year old mother of 3 children complained of upper back/neck pain, shoulder grooving, and difficulty finding well-fitting clothes due to her very large breasts. A vertical breast reduction with inverted "T" scar was performed with some liposuction of her outer trunk. Approximately 1 lb of breast tissue was removed on the right and 1.6 lbs was removed on the left. About 1/2 lb of fat was removed from each side with liposuction. Height: 5'1". Weight: 146lbs. Preoperative bra size: 38F. Postoperative bra size: 38D. Her 3 month postoperative photographs are shown.
