    1 year after rhinoplasty to correct a pinched nose along the bridge and refine the nasal tip. By widening the middle third of the nose using cartilage grafts and performing septoplasty, the patients pre operative nasal obstruction was relieved while providing a more balanced less pinched nasal appearance.
