    This 36 year old woman had Sientra Shaped Classic Base cohesive silicone gel breast implants placed under the muscle. The breast implants, sized 310 cc were placed under the muscle with an inframammary fold incision. Her imframammary fold was lowered to provide her with a natural looking result from breast implants.
