This 34 year old woman had Sientra moderate profile, textured shaped cohesive silicone gel breast implants placed under the muscle. The breast implants, sized 275 cc were placed under the muscle with an inframammary fold incision. She went from a bra size 32 A cup and is now a 32 D cup. Her inframammary fold was lowered to provide her with a natural looking result from breast implants. Postop photos at 6 months
