    This is a 63 year old woman who complained about the wrinkling on her face, the loose skin on her neck and around her jowls, and her low brows which crowded her upper eyelids and gave her an aged look. She also didn't like the puffiness under her eyes that she thought made her look tired. She underwent a mini facelift, mini browlift, and lower transconjunctival belpharplasty (lower eyelid fat pad excision). Post-operative pictures are from 2 months after surgery.
