This 35 year old patient was interested in breast augmentation surgery with a breast lift. After 5 pregnancies, she wanted to achieve her fullness back with emphasis on her cleavage. She desired more "round" breasts. The patient is now 8 months post surgery and has 655cc (left) and 595cc (right) High Profile Sientra implants. The different sized implant bags help achieve symmetry and fulfill the patients goals.
