Breast Augmentation

At 51 this woman was unhappy with her breast appearance after child rearing. She was a 36 B cup and wanted to be a full C. She was referred to Dr. Weinberg and felt comfortable proceeding with surgery after the initial consultation, at which Dr. Weinberg reviewed her options of saline versus silicone breast implants, as well as size of implants and approach. She underwent placement of 397 cc silicone Gel implants by Natrelle in a one and half hour procedure, with an inframammary incision, and subglandular placement.
